Empório Portugal: a new space to discover Portugal through the table

A portal created to bring together Portuguese culture, traditional recipes, cooking guides, wines, sweets, products, community, and a future network of real partners.

Empório Portugal is born as an editorial space for those who want to get closer to Portugal through the table, stories, and traditions. The proposal is to organize useful, beautiful, and reliable content for readers in Brazil and other countries, always with respect for Portuguese culture and without inventing partners, reviews, or commercial promises.

In the recipes, the focus is on our own editorial versions: bacalhau, soups, fish, meats, snacks, breads, convent sweets, regional dishes, Madeira, Azores, Alentejo, Algarve, Christmas, Easter, and other tables of affection. Each piece of content is designed to help those who want to cook, research, adapt ingredients in Brazil, or simply better understand Portuguese gastronomic tradition.

The Portuguese cooking guides complement this journey with practical explanations: how to desalt bacalhau, choose olive oil, assemble a Portuguese board, pair wines, serve sweets, and prepare menus for special occasions.

The project also opens space for community. Readers can send family recipes for review, and establishments linked to Portugal can register interest for future commercial curation. No submitted content is published automatically.

Commercial guide

Real partners, with review before publication

The commercial guide of Empório Portugal is under construction. This means that restaurants, stores, wineries, emporiums, pastry shops, importers, and interested brands can register, but no partnership will be displayed as real without validation and authorization.

Transparency is part of the project's credibility: there will be no fake reviews, invented rankings, artificially created addresses, or photos of establishments without permission.
