Empório Portugal is an editorial, cultural and gastronomic portal about Portugal, with recipes, stories, guides, curated products, recommendations and commercial projects under review.

Not all content represents an active sale, available stock, approved import, a functioning marketplace or a commercial relationship with third parties. Many pages are informational, memorial or an expression of interest.

Content about alcoholic beverages is intended for people 18 or older.

You may browse, read, share links and send truthful information through the provided channels. It is prohibited to:

• invade systems, circumvent security measures or perform abusive scraping;
• send spam, malware, fraudulent content or false data;
• violate third-party rights, including authorship, image, privacy and trademark;
• misuse the visual identity or the name Empório Portugal;
• reproduce site content for commercial purposes without authorization.

Forms may collect data for contact, newsletter, recipe submissions, establishment recommendations, partnerships, ads, commercial-interest registration or other expressions related to the project.

Submitting does not guarantee a reply, approval, publication, response time, inclusion in guides or activation of future features. Personal data processing follows the Privacy Policy.

By submitting texts, recipes, stories, images or information, you declare that you have the right to do so and authorize editorial review by Empório Portugal.

• Publication is moderated and not automatic.
• Empório Portugal may edit for clarity, standardization, editorial review and security.
• We may refuse, archive or remove content that violates these terms, third-party rights or the law.
• Submission does not generate remuneration, except under a specific written agreement.
• You must respect copyright (Law No. 9.610/1998), image, privacy and third-party authorization.

Recipes, traditions and cultural information are editorial and informational. They may vary by region, family, period and local interpretation.

That content does not replace individual nutritional, sanitary, medical, professional or food-safety guidance.

Product, catalog or showcase pages may be editorial or curated when there is no active purchase. They do not, by themselves, represent stock, price, sale, approved import or availability.

Marketplace, e-commerce, seller registration, checkout and commissions will exist only when formally activated, with their own rules published on the site. Submitting a product, establishment or partnership proposal does not guarantee approval.

Recommendations in guides, listings or forms may be editorial, informational or future partnerships under review. Presence in a guide does not constitute automatic endorsement, a quality guarantee or a commercial relationship, except when expressly indicated.

Third-party information may change. We recommend confirming hours, prices and conditions directly with the establishment.

The Empório Portugal brand, visual identity, texts, editorial selection, layout and materials belong to the project or are used under authorization or license.

Commercial reproduction, distribution or exploitation without authorization is prohibited. Names of traditional recipes may form part of cultural heritage, but the site's texts, photos, organization and curation are protected under applicable law, including Law No. 9.610/1998.

Do not submit content copied from third parties without authorization.

The site may contain links to third-party sites, social networks or services. Empório Portugal does not control external policies, prices, service, availability or content. Access is at the user's own risk.

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable Brazilian law, especially the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).

Empório Portugal seeks to keep content careful and up to date, but errors, changes, temporary unavailability and variations in historical or traditional content may occur.

These provisions do not exclude consumer rights when there is an actual consumer relationship under the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990).

We may review, refuse, remove, correct or archive content that violates these terms, third-party rights, editorial standards, site security or applicable law, including under the Marco Civil da Internet (Law No. 12.965/2014), when pertinent.

These terms may be updated. The current version will be published on this page, with an indication of the update date. Continued use after relevant changes indicates awareness of the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be handled under applicable Brazilian law, respecting the user's legal rights and the rules of venue provided by law.
