Ingredients
- 250 g ground almonds
- 200 g sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- Lemon zest
- Butter for greasing
Method
- Mix the almonds, sugar, spices and zest.
- Add the eggs and honey to obtain a thick batter.
- Place spoonfuls on a greased baking tray.
- Bake at 180 °C until firm and golden.
- Cool before unmoulding.
- Serve in small portions with tea or coffee.
