1. What is protected
We protect original writing, page structure, curation, photographs, and graphic materials produced or licensed for Empório Portugal.
Brands, logos, and visual identity elements are also protected by applicable industrial property regulations.

It is permitted to share links to public pages of the site, quote short excerpts with clear attribution, and use content for personal and non-commercial purposes, within legal limits.
Educational or critical use may be allowed within the limits of the legislation, without automatically extending rights beyond what is permitted by law.

It is prohibited to copy entire pages, systematic downloading, commercial reproduction, resale of content, unauthorized scraping, or use of the brand in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

Recipes of culinary tradition may be part of cultural heritage and public domain in aspects of ingredients and preparation. The writing, photos, selection, order, and editorial presentation of Empório Portugal remain protected where applicable.
We do not claim to be exclusive holders of traditional Portuguese recipes; we protect the editorial expression and original materials of the site.

Images, texts, or brands from third parties may appear with license, authorization, or editorial fair use. We respect valid notifications from rights holders.
Content submitted by the community remains the responsibility of the author regarding declared authorship, according to Community Policy.
