Prohibited: illegal content, violation of third-party privacy, sensitive personal data of others, malicious links, and impersonation.

All submissions are subject to review. We may edit for clarity, request adjustments, refuse, archive, or remove content. Publication is not automatic.

Editorial decisions seek consistency with the Editorial Policy, without promising individual responses to each submission.

The author declares to have rights over texts, photos, and recipes submitted and is responsible for false information or misuse of third-party material.

By submitting content, you grant a non-exclusive license for editorial use on the site and related channels, as described in the Recipe Submission Policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Do not publish personal data of third parties without consent. The processing of personal data in forms complies with the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and the Privacy Policy.
