Data Deletion Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

This instruction applies to data processed by Empório Portugal due to technical integrations with Meta Platforms related to the Facebook Page and the Instagram account of Empório Portugal (inbound webhooks and profile readings in the administrative panel).

At this stage, the system does not send messages, does not publicly respond to comments, and does not publish content on these platforms.

According to the current implementation, there may be:

• event metadata (type, channel, times);
• sender/message/comment identifiers stored as hash (pseudonymization);
• message/comment text hash;
• internal routing decisions and shadow mode review logs;
• text content in ephemeral storage (when applicable), not in durable database.

We do not ask for passwords, access tokens, or authentication codes from your Meta account to fulfill the request.

1. Send an email to contato@emporioportugal.com with the subject “Meta Data Deletion”.
2. Provide, if known: platform (Facebook Messenger or Instagram), approximate date of the event, and any public identifier that helps locate the record (do not paste passwords or tokens).
3. Optionally use the Privacy Contact or the institutional form.
4. If Meta forwards an automatic request via the App Dashboard, we use the technical callback at https://agents.emporioportugal.com/meta/data-deletion/callback, which generates a confirmation code and a status URL.

We analyze the request, verify the minimum necessary identity, and apply deletion, anonymization, or justified retention (security/legal obligation), as applicable. We do not promise a timeframe other than that applicable under LGPD and Meta's policies.

To follow up, reply to the same email thread or mention the confirmation code (when provided by the Meta callback / institutional response).

In addition to deletion with Empório Portugal, you can manage app and page permissions in the settings of your Facebook/Instagram account and the Meta Business Suite.
