Instructions to request deletion or anonymization of data related to our Meta integrations.

Empório Portugal receives inbound Facebook Messenger and Instagram comment webhooks and reads Page/Instagram profile identity for an internal admin panel. We do not publish, reply or send DMs from this system in this phase.
Data that may exist: event metadata, hashed sender/message identifiers, text hashes, internal routing/review records. Ephemeral plaintext (if any) is not stored in the durable database.
How to request deletion: email contato@emporioportugal.com with subject “Meta data deletion”, describing the platform and approximate date. Do not send passwords or access tokens. Automated Meta App callbacks use https://agents.emporioportugal.com/meta/data-deletion/callback.
