The form at Vendor Registration records commercial interest without a sales contract, without an active showcase, and without payment processing.

Sales activation will depend on legal, tax, health, logistical, and commercial validation specific to Empório Portugal.

Food products, beverages, handicrafts, and imports may require specific documentation according to applicable Brazilian legislation (ANVISA, MAPA, federal revenue, among others, when applicable).

We do not promise automatic approval based solely on the initial registration.

The seller is responsible for truthful information, quality, regulatory compliance, labeling, expiration dates, and consumer service.

Consumer relations between seller and buyer observe the Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), when applicable, according to the business model in effect at the time of sale.

We may refuse categories incompatible with the editorial policy, health risks, legal restrictions, or unavailable logistics.

Alcoholic beverages require compliance with minimum age rules, responsible advertising, and applicable licenses.

Commissions, fees, transfer deadlines, and contractual conditions will be defined in a separate document when the marketplace is active.

Registration, contact, or preliminary meeting do not guarantee approval, response time, or launch.

We may suspend or terminate registrations with false information, reputational risk, or non-compliance with this policy.
