- 12 g of dried yeast
- 150 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 120 g of butter
- 120 ml of warm milk
- 300 g of walnuts, almonds and chestnuts
- Lemon and orange zest
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Method
- Prepare the enriched dough with milk, eggs, sugar, butter and flour.
- Knead until smooth.
- Add the chopped nuts.
- Leave to rise until doubled in size.
- Shape into a ring and brush with egg yolk.
- Bake until golden and fragrant.
