About the recipe

Ingredients

  • 700 g flour
  • 12 g of dried yeast
  • 250 ml warm milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • Cinnamon and fennel
  • 1 pinch of salt

Method

  1. Mix milk, yeast and sugar.
  2. Combine flour, eggs, butter, spices and salt.
  3. Knead until the dough is smooth.
  4. Let it rise.
  5. Shape the folares and let them rest again.
  6. Bake until golden.
