Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 g flaked almonds
- 100 g sugar for topping
- 80 ml milk
Method
- Prepare a dough with flour, sugar, butter, eggs and baking powder.
- Bake the base until it starts to set.
- Bring almonds, sugar, milk and butter to a boil.
- Spread the topping over the base.
- Return to the oven until caramelised.
- Let cool before cutting.
