Ingredients
- 200 g of aletria
- 1 liter of milk
- 180 g of sugar
- Lemon peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 optional egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation Method
- Boil milk with lemon and cinnamon.
- Add the broken aletria and cook while stirring.
- Add sugar and butter.
- If using yolks, temper with hot milk and incorporate off the heat.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Decorate with cinnamon.
