Ingredients
- 400 g of flour
- 250 ml of cane honey or molasses
- 180 g of brown sugar
- 150 g of butter
- 200 g of dried fruits
- 150 g of candied fruits
- Cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
Preparation Method
- Heat cane honey, sugar, and butter.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and spices.
- Add the warm syrup to the dry ingredients.
- Add dried fruits and fruits.
- Pour into a greased pan.
- Bake in a medium-low oven until set.
