  • 20 soft dried figs
  • 150 g of ground or chopped almond
  • 80 g of sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Grated lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Sugar for finishing

Preparation Method

  1. Open the figs without completely separating them.
  2. Mix almond, sugar, cinnamon, lemon, and honey.
  3. Stuff the figs.
  4. Close and gently press.
  5. Quickly heat in a low oven.
  6. Serve cold.
