Ingredients

  • 150 g of egg jam or almond cream
  • 1 egg white
  • 180 g of powdered sugar

Preparation Method

  1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut triangles.
  2. Fill with a thin layer of egg jam.
  3. Cover with another triangle and seal lightly.
  4. Mix egg white and sugar for the topping.
  5. Spread on top and add almonds.
  6. Bake until flaky and golden.
