The sauce is born from the skillet, with garlic, bay leaf, wine, and ham, enveloping the steak without hiding the meat.
Ingredients
- 2 thick steaks
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of ham
- 3 sliced garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 80 ml of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
- French fries
- Salt and pepper
Preparation Method
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Quickly brown in a hot skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic, bay leaf, and ham.
- Add wine and reduce the sauce.
- Return the steaks to heat.
