- 1.5 kg of lamb in large pieces
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 5 cloves of garlic

- Salt and pepper
Preparation Method
- Season the lamb with garlic, wine, olive oil, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Let it marinate for a few hours.
- Place in the oven covered at first.
- Add the potatoes and drizzle with sauce.
- Roast until golden and tender.
- Serve with green salad or turnip tops.
