About the Recipe

Oven-Baked Ribs is a roasting dish, with intense flavor and prepared without rush.

The marinade with wine, garlic, and paprika penetrates the meat and flavors the potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg of pork ribs
  • 800 g of potatoes
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 150 ml of white wine
  • 80 ml of olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt, pepper, and rosemary optional

Preparation Method

  1. Season the ribs with garlic, paprika, wine, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.
  2. Let it marinate if there is time.
  3. Place in a baking dish with potatoes.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and part of the marinade.
  5. Bake until the meat is tender and golden.
  6. Serve with the sauce from the baking dish.

Tips from Empório Portugal

  • Long marination improves the meat.
  • Turn the potatoes during baking.
  • Medium oven prevents the seasoning from burning.

Possible Substitutions in Brazil

  • Brazilian pork ribs are equivalent.
