Ingredients
- 2 cups of green or mixed olives
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- Lemon peel
- 1 sprig of rosemary or oregano
- 60 ml of olive oil
- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar optional
Preparation Method
- Drain the olives.
- Mix garlic, lemon peel, herbs, and olive oil.
- Coat the olives in this seasoning.
- Let rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Stir again before serving.
- Serve with bread.
