- 600 g of desalted cod in flakes
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 onions

Preparation method
- Cook the potatoes and set aside in slices.
- Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic in olive oil.
- Add the cod and cook for 8 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and gently mix.
- Season with pepper and let cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finish with parsley and serve hot.
