Baked cod is a practical, creamy oven recipe that is very suitable for hosting guests.

Ingredients
- 600 g of desalted and shredded cod
- 2 boiled potatoes in cubes
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 400 ml of white sauce
- 80 ml of olive oil
- Bread crumbs or mild cheese
- Nutmeg and pepper
Preparation method
- Sauté onion, garlic, and carrot in olive oil.
- Add the cod and cook for a few minutes.
- Mix in the potatoes and white sauce.
- Season with pepper and nutmeg.
- Transfer to a dish and cover with bread crumbs or cheese.
- Bake until golden and bubbling.
