Ingredients
- 300 g of desalted shredded cod
- 6 slices of sandwich bread or cornbread
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 80 ml of olive oil
- Parsley or coriander
- Pepper and lemon
Preparation method
- Sauté onion and garlic in half of the olive oil.
- Add the shredded cod and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Season with pepper and herbs.
- Toast the slices of bread until crispy.
- Lightly rub with garlic.
- Distribute the cod over each slice.
- Drizzle with the remaining olive oil.
- Serve with lemon.
